Baworowo specializes in manufacturing casts of gray iron in following grades: EN-GJL150, EN-GJL200, EN-GJL250, EN-GJL300 and spheroidal cast iron, graded: EN-GJS500 weight: from 0,5kg up to 300kg, max. diameter: 1250mm.

With regard to product destination, there are following cast groups:

• agricultural machine components,
• textile machine components,
• industrial fitting components,
• decorative casts

• other casts, which are made according to given drawing

Advise service in terms of iron cast production is provided by our engineers.

Wooden-, aluminum- and epoxy resin- casting patterns are made in a pattern-shop. Our foundry is equipped with quality control facilities. We are able to perform cast iron strenght test, toughness test and spectral analysis of chemical compositon.

We offer rough, -partly machined and -finisched -casts. Within the framework of machining we offer (turning, milling, drilling, threading, grinding, balancing). As we have a painting-shop, we are able to apply paint, according to customer's request.
